Cancellation Policy
These four cancellation conditions apply to both canceling entire reservations and canceling one or more individuals.
Cancellation Rule 1.
Cancellation of a reservation for 20 people or fewer;
a. Up to 48 hours in advance, the reservation can be canceled free of charge. b. For cancellations within 48 hours, we will charge the full package price.
c. Booked a package, and on the day itself, there are fewer participants? In that case, we will charge 50% of the package price for each participant (not applicable to individual activities such as an hour of bowling, in which case point b. applies).
Cancellation Rule 2.
Cancellation of a reservation for 20 people or more;
a. Up to 14 days in advance, the reservation can be canceled free of charge. b. Between 14 and 7 days, free cancellation is no longer possible. However, we do offer the option to reschedule the reservation within a period of three months at no additional cost. c. For cancellations within 7 days, we will charge 50% of the package price.
Cancellation Rule 3.
Cancellation of reservations with a (last-minute) promotional rate;
Reservations with a last-minute promotional rate cannot be canceled or rescheduled. This is indicated, if applicable, at the time of booking.
Cancellation Rule 4.
Refund;
For refunds, we adhere to a payment period of up to ten days. Refunds are processed in the same method as the original payment.
Payment Terms
Online Reservation;
Card, Cash, or Mobile Payment;
Reservations are to be paid in advance through an online payment via Pay.nl. For businesses facing difficulties with online payments, please contact our reception.
If you've paid online, the only payment due on-site is for the ordered drinks/snacks. This can be settled with cash or a card transaction. Unfortunately, we do not have change for €200 or €500 bills. If you haven't paid online, you'll settle the entire amount on-site.
Invoice Payment;
Invoice payment is only available for business reservations and subject to conditions:

If you, as a business customer, choose to pay via invoice, there is a €7.50 incl. VAT invoicing fee.

Invoice payment is possible for amounts starting from €500.

It is the responsibility of the company to provide us with the correct information: a. Correct billing address; b. Any additional details necessary for proper invoicing, such as the organization's P.O. number.

The receipt must be signed for approval.

Invoices must be settled within 14 days from the invoice date.
